Reservations purchased through Southwest Vacations, Southwest Groups, and Southwest ticket counters cannot be cancelled online. Please call 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792) if you require assistance with those types of reservations.
Effective January 28, 2011, unused travel funds may only be applied toward the purchase of future travel for the individual named on the ticket.
